macOS notes

macOS 13+ · Apple Silicon (arm64) supports GPT read/write over USB readers plus account, cloud vault and the in-app store. Grant Full Disk Access under System Settings — Privacy & Security.

macOS currently excludes EMMC U3 PLUS firmware upgrade and MiPiTester (Windows only). If a Mac package is not listed here, contact us for a build.

Runtime requirements

  • Windows 10 / 11 64-bit; run as administrator for physical disk access
  • macOS 13+ · Apple Silicon (arm64); grant Full Disk Access
  • Packaged builds need no extra Python or runtime
  • Network access is required for the first sign-in (account, licence and cloud)

First run

Install and run as administrator

On Windows use “Run as administrator”, otherwise physical disks may not appear.

Sign in with an email code

Enter the code from your inbox inside the client. A new address is registered automatically and gets the 7-day weekly membership.

Scan, then back up

Scan the disk to confirm the partition table, take a backup, then write. Aborting does not roll back data already written.
