User Agreement

The agreement is between you and Suzhou Wushang Information Technology Co., Ltd., which operates the UAVRC brand.

The software performs low-level read, export, write and erase operations on eMMC / UFS media. These operations are irreversible and can permanently destroy data or leave a device unbootable.

Using the software, registering, or ticking the consent box all count as accepting the agreement in full.

Accounts are created with an email address plus a verification code — there is no password. You are responsible for anything done through codes sent to your inbox.

Accounts are for you alone. Lending, renting, transferring or time-sharing an account requires our written consent.

You get a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the software. Reverse engineering, cracking, redistribution and resale are not permitted.

You must have the right to operate on the target media and must comply with applicable law. Using the tool to bypass another party's rights is your own liability.

Back up before writing. Aborting a task stops the current operation but does not roll back data already written.

Membership and license keys grant a duration, a device count and a cloud quota. Paid transactions follow the terms in force at the time of purchase.

Payment goes through Alipay or WeChat Pay inside the desktop client. Refund rules for digital entitlement and service products are set out in the payment clause.

Content you place in the cloud vault stays yours; we provide storage and transport and do not use it for anything else.

We do not guarantee that any particular device is repaired or passes any inspection, and our liability is limited as set out in the agreement.

Material changes to the agreement are announced and require your consent again at the next sign-in.

Chinese law applies; disputes go to the court with jurisdiction at our registered address.
