We collect only what a given feature needs. Declining optional data limits that feature but not offline local use.

Account data: email address, a salted hash of the verification code, a device fingerprint derived from your computer name, and sign-in timestamps.

Licence data: entitlement records, bound device list and license key activation records, used for device limits and support checks.

Payment data: order records from Alipay / WeChat Pay. We never see or store your card or wallet credentials.

Cloud vault: files you choose to sync. We provide storage and transport, and do not read, analyse or reuse their contents.

Repair images may contain third-party personal data. For that data you are the independent controller and must have your own lawful basis; clean up images you no longer need.

The device fingerprint is derived from your computer name (fp_<name>). We do not collect MAC addresses, CPU serials or motherboard IDs.

We do not collect phone numbers, do not support third-party social sign-in, and do not use passwords.

Data is stored on servers in mainland China and kept only as long as the purpose requires.

We share data only with the processors needed to run the service (object storage, payment, email delivery) and never sell personal information.

You can access, correct, export and delete your data, and you can close your account; we respond within the statutory window.
